(713) 555-0142Common Questions About Booking
Form requests sent during business hours are answered the same working day, usually within a few hours. Requests that arrive overnight or on Sunday are answered the next morning.
If you need an answer faster than that, call. Someone picks up during opening hours and can book you straight away.
Not for the exterior portion. Plenty of our inspections happen while the owner is at work, and the report arrives by email afterward.
You do need to be there if you want the attic checked, or if you would like the inspector to walk you through the findings in person, which most people find worth the time.
Yes. No trip charge, no report fee, no deposit, and no property type excluded. You are not signing anything by booking one.
We earn our income from the customers who choose to hire us after a report shows real work is needed. Many people never do, and that is a normal outcome.
Yes, and it is often a sensible first step. Email photos of what concerns you and we will tell you honestly whether it warrants an inspection.
Photos have limits though. Hail bruising in particular has to be felt as well as seen, so a photo review cannot replace someone on the roof when a claim is involved.
No. We contact you to schedule the inspection and to deliver the report. After that, the next move is yours.
If you tell us you are not interested, that is the end of it. We do not run follow up campaigns and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
